Research and Development Overview
In June 2004 Aus Bio’s laboratories moved to Monash University’s Department of Pharmacology where close links have been forged with key Department personnel and joint funding opportunities are being pursued.
Aus Bio’s diverse R & D pipeline reduces the known risks associated with scientific and commercialisation of successful drug discovery. The Company’s policy to mitigate these risks allows management of the current projects according to each project’s stage of development from Discovery Chemistry through to Lead Optimisation, Selection and Early Stage of Clinical or Commercial Development.
During the year management pursued and fostered key value adding strategic, scientific and commercial partnerships. The Company and employees have at all times maintained the highest ethical, scientific and corporate principles.
